Belarus, China discuss solar power plant project

Prospects of building power plants in Mogilev Oblast with the use of solar batteries were discussed in Beijing, BelTA learnt from the Belarusian embassy in the People’s Republic of China.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China Viktor Burya met with Deputy Director General of China Nuclear Power Engineering (CNPEC) Zhang Chibo to discuss the prospects of implementing the relevant projects in Belarus. The sides discussed the construction of power plant with solar batteries in Mogilev Oblast as well as the construction of a plant to produce solar batteries.

Belarus and China have been actively developing bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation finding new mutually beneficial areas.
