Belarus offers military aircraft upgrade services to Russia, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko told media on 26 April.

“The modernization of Russian aircraft at our factory in Baranovichi was discussed [during the recent visit of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu],” said the President.

“We said we will upgrade aircraft for them if there is a wish. We came to terms about it, too,” added Alexander Lukashenko.
