Belarus intends to buy another four combat and training aircraft Yak-130, BelTA learned from Major-General Oleg Dvigalev, Chief of the Belarusian Air Force and Air Defense, on 27 April.
“We have already evaluated the prospects and will continue buying more aircraft of the kind. Four Yak-130s have been delivered, we will get another four. We plan to continue implementing the program after 2020,” said Oleg Dvigalev.
The officer remarked that in time the Russian aircraft Yak-130 will replace the Czech aircraft L-39, which lifecycle will run out in 2020.
