Specifying details of the plans, the executive remarked: “It has been decided to create four more spacecraft, which will be similar to the Belarusian satellite, in order to increase the satellite constellation, which now comprises the Russian satellite Canopus-B and the Belarusian satellite BKA”.

The new devices will boast an optical resolution at least twice as good as that of BKA. The Belarusian side will produce the photo equipment while Russia will take care of the main platform.
