The presentation of the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park was held in Harbin on 23 April, BelTA learnt from the department for public relations of the Economy Ministry of Belarus.
The presentation was held for business and governmental circles of the city. Issues discussed at the event included economic potential and investment climate of Belarus, opportunities, guarantees, advantages of investing in the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park. Special attention was placed on developing the dialogue with Chinese companies. Foreign partners were interested in the details of the legal regime of the industrial park, the readiness of the infrastructure, Single Economic Space operation prospects, the role of Belarus in this integration alliance.
After the presentation the Belarusian delegation met with Harbin Mayor Song Xibin, signed an agreement with the People’s Government of Harbin on developing the Harbin subpark at the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park.
The event was organized by the Economy Ministry of Belarus in association with the People’s Government of Harbin, the Embassy of Belarus in China, the Chinese Corporation CAMCE and the Industrial Park Development Company.
The presentation of the park will also be held in Guangzhou on 25 April.
