Minsk to host Medicine and Health 2014 expo on 21-24 October

Minsk will host the 22nd international Medicine and Health 2014 expo on 21-24 October, BelTA learned from the MinskExpo company.

The expo will feature over 100 participants from Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, and Poland. It will showcase the latest solutions developed by scientific centers, innovative medical technologies, modern medical equipment and products, expendable materials, and technologies for the modernization of the national healthcare system.

The forum will include the international Rehabilitation Medicine expo that will showcase special equipment, treatment facilities, and innovative social projects for people with disabilities. The latest solutions in this filed will be presented in a separate display.

The international Beauty and Health expo will present newly-designed equipment, services, and beauty products. Visitors to the Healthy Diet expo will learn about new and popular products for balanced and healthy diet, food supplements, homeopathic medicines, vitamin products, and equipment for filling and packaging of healthy food products and beverages.

A conference by the Moscow Paralympic Committee on 23 October will discuss the modern rehabilitation technologies, equipment, and social projects. The most spectacular event at the expo will be fencing, tennis and wheelchair dance exhibition performances by the members of the Sports Rehabilitation Center Egalite.
