30.12.2015
The terms of the Russian oil deliveries to Belarus in 2016 will not deteriorate, spokesperson of Belneftekhim Concern Marina Kostyuchenko told BelTA.
"We are finishing signing the contracts with Russian companies for the supply of oil in 2016 to Belarusian oil refineries. Some part of the contracts has already been signed; others are in the final stage of the signing process. The terms of delivery next year have not deteriorated as compared with 2015. The Russian side decided to suspend the oil tax maneuver in 2016, taking into account the opinion of the Belarusian side,” said Marina Kostyuchenko.
The oil refineries operate in a routine mode. “The Belarusian oil refineries are working at the full capacity at the end of December and in January,” said Marina Kostyuchenko.
According to the indicative oil balance of the Union State, Russia will supply 24 million tonnes of oil to Belarus in 2016.
