Business program for 6th international nuclear industry suppliers forum ATOMEX approved

Sergei Kiriyenko, Director General of the Russian state nuclear industry corporation Rosatom, has approved the business program for the 6th international nuclear industry suppliers forum ATOMEX 2014, the AtomExpo press service told BelTA.

In his address to participants of the forum Sergei Kiriyenko remarked that building a transparent and effective system of interaction with the organizations, which are interested in supplying their products to nuclear industry enterprises, is an important task for improving purchasing procedures of the state corporation Rosatom.

The plenary session will be the main event of the forum. Taking part in the session will be the Russian minister for relations with open government, the Rosatom director general, the co-chairman of the central staff of the All-Russian People’s Front, the supervisor of the project for honest purchases, Rosatom's deputy director general for development and international business, representatives of the Russian Federation Economic Development Ministry and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.

The ATOMEX 2014 forum will feature presentation sessions during which suppliers will be able to present their products and services directly in front of representatives of customers.

Individual business meetings with representatives of customers will be organized in the Business 2 Business format. During the B2B meetings suppliers will be able to learn about peculiarities of purchasing procedures, the existing practice of interaction between suppliers and customers, and a lot of other things.

The 6th international nuclear industry suppliers forum ATOMEX is scheduled to take place in Moscow in the exhibition center Expocenter on 29-31 October 2014.

In 2013 the ATOMEX forum gathered 634 delegates from 294 companies from Belarus, Germany, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Finland, France, Czechia, and Japan. Over 100 suppliers and customers of the nuclear industry presented their exhibitions during the forum.
