China’s COMPLANT wants to build hydroelectric power plants in Belarus

The Chinese company COMPLANT is interested in building hydroelectric power plants in Belarus, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Energy Ministry of Belarus.
The Belarusian Energy Ministry and China National Complete Plant Import Export Corporation (COMPLANT) have signed a memorandum of cooperation in hydroelectricity in Beijing.
“This document confirms the determination of the parties to keep cooperating in implementing investment projects to build hydroelectric power plants in Belarus by COMPLANT,” the press service informed. They added that the projects will be implemented following the “construction-operation-transfer” scheme.
