29.04.2016
Rosatom State Corporation became the absolute winner of the annual Leadership Index. Best Companies To Work For in 2015. The rankings are compiled by the Rabota.ru and the Elite Personnel business edition by the RDW-Media publishing house, BelTA learned from the Communications Department of Rosatom.

Leadership Index. Best Companies To Work For project was launched in 2010 with a view to identifying the most powerful and attractive employers in Russia. To determine which employers have the greatest love and acceptance in the labor market, the Leadership Index organizers poll applicants, HR specialists, independent experts and senior managers working in the Russian market. As a result, a company-participant of Leadership Index gets the cumulative assessment of the perception of its brand.

In 2015 the project was carried out in three stages. In March-September 2015 the organizers worked to compile the long list using applications and interviews with managers of Russian companies. From January to March 2016 the companies were assessed by HR specialists. All in all, more than 800 applications from regional and federal companies from all over Russia were filed for participation in the project in 2015. Approximately 15,000 applicants, 1400 HR experts and about 1000 CEOs took part in the vote.

“We are very pleased to congratulate Rosatom on the first place in the Leadership Index. The Best Company To Work For. The goal of our rankings is a professional and comprehensive study of the brands on the Russian labor market. The first place in the rankings means all-round recognition on the part of the HR community, applicants and company executives. The scope of our research is wide enough to suggest that Rosatom is a responsible employer offering comfortable work conditions and career growth opportunities. Rosatom has recently offered very interesting projects to attract specialists, create a talent pool, and to retain current employees. This work is valued by the market, and our rating confirms this,” RDW-Media General Director Alexander Veterkov said.

“Rosatom took part in the Leadership Index project for the first time. We are happy that the market, applicants and experts reacted positively to the changes that have taken place at the corporation,” Director for Personnel at Rosatom Tatyana Terentyeva said. “Rosatom is not just a leader in civil high-tech exports. We use the best international and Russian HR practices. Transparent career and talent pool management system, recognition and motivation programs both for staff and their children and talented youth, the corporate academy are only part of the benefits that you get by working with us. The opportunity to work on solving the tasks important not only for the nuclear industry but also for the country, advancing the Corporation’s positions in the world even in a situation of economic and political instability makes Rosatom a really attractive employer,” Tatyana Terentyeva added.
