Rosatom to spend RUB734.1bn on procurement contracts in 2016

In 2016 the Russian state nuclear engineering corporation Rosatom intends to spend Br734.1 billion on procurement contracts, BelTA learned from Rosatom’s presentation in anticipation of the forum on honest government contracts that began in Moscow on 23 March.

Rosatom will spend Br366.2 billion on purchases for foreign projects (the Belarusian nuclear power plant, the Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran, the Kudankulam nuclear power plant in India, and the Hanhikivi nuclear power plant). As much as Br367.9 billion will be spent on procurement contracts for enterprises in Russia. In 2015 Rosatom spent Br622.4 billion on procurement contracts.
