Rosatom’s purchase program close to RUB600bn in 2015

Russian mass media report that in 2015 the volume of the purchase program of the state corporation Rosatom will be about RUB600 billion, BelTA has learned.

The relevant figure was voiced at the nuclear industry suppliers forum ATOMEX Region 2014 in Chita, Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia. The forum was organized by the uranium holding company ARMZ with assistance of the Zabaykalsky Krai government.

Enterprises of the mining division of the state corporation Rosatom that operate in the Republic of Buryatia and in Zabaykalsky Krai presented their next year’s purchase programs at the forum. In particular, the purchase program of OAO Priargunsky Industrial Mining and Chemical Union will exceed RUB6 billion, that of OAO Khiagda — over RUB2 billion, that of ZAO Rusburmash — over RUB300 million.

The number of suppliers of merchandise and providers of services that use the nuclear industry’s universal digital trade platform zakupki.rosatom.ru from the Republic of Buryatia and in Zabaykalsky Krai will rise by three times in comparison with 2013. A regional discussion platform for the sake of information and business cooperation between small and medium businesses has been created, too.
