Belarusian nuclear power plant can reduce electricity rates for production sector by 30%
The official said: “Once the nuclear power plant goes online, we intend to reduce the average tariff of 11.3 cents per kilowatt hour (it is a very costly tariff, our industry and the real sector of the economy suffer a lot from it) to 7.9 cents per kilowatt hour. It is a very serious shift. We intend to reach this goal. It is absolutely doable.”
