Mozyr and Naftan refineries to increase production of light oils

A total of $1.4 billion will be invested in each project. The construction of the plant for hydrocracking heavy oil residue at the Mozyr Oil Refinery is due to be complete in H1 2017. The Naftan project will be implemented by 2018.
